How to use

Sign-up online or buy a SkipRoaming pack from one of our retail outlets. Follow the instructions on the scratch card and activate your account via SMS or online.
You will receive your username and password for both the website and mobile app access from us by Voice call and SMS.

Just dial your contact’s full phone number including the country code. For example, if you are dialing your friend in UK whose phone number is 447799790846, you can dial this number and then press the Call button and choose “Call via wifi/data” option.
If your friend is online in SkipRoaming, you can talk to your friend without any additional cost. If your friend is not online, the call will be automatically converted to a regular charged call to his registered phone number.
If you want to add another person to the call, press the + button while you are on call with the first person and then select another contact or enter the phone number of the second person and then press the conference button. All of you will be connected to the call. You can add up to 8 persons at a time in the conference. If all the persons connected in the call, are online in skipRoaming, the conference will be FREE. Otherwise, the caller will be charged for any number(s) connected as normal PSTN calls.

Pick a contact from phone's address book or enter a destination number in international format. Press the Call button and choose to call either via wifi/data or via local access number. Either way, you will enjoy the best SkipRoaming calling rates.

Log in to SkipRoaming customer portal and note down the Call back number displayed on the dashboard.
From your phone, dial the call back number and disconnect as soon your hear a ringtone.
Immediately, you will get a call from SkipRoaming.
Once you answer the call, you can then dial the destination number and your call will be connected.

Make sure your device is connected to a wi-fi network.
Pick a contact from your phone's address book or enter a destination number in international format. Press the Call button and choose “Call via wifi/data” option.

If you have a local SIM installed in your phone when abroad, you can still make calls in the absence of any wi-fi/data network.
Sign-in to SkipRoaming app using your username and password. Your username is typically your phone number with the country code.
Go to Settings menu and then My mobile number option and enter your foreign SIM phone number there including the country code.
Pick a contact from the phone's address book or enter a destination number in international format. Press the Call button and then choose “Call-me-back” option.
You will instantly receive a call from SkipRoaming. This incoming call will be free of charge on your local SIM.
Once you answer the call, you will then be connected to your dialed destination number.

You need to purchase a local SIM at your destination country. The person you buy the local SIM card from will install the SIM card for you.
Log in to SkipRoaming customer portal and note down the Call back number displayed on the dashboard.
From your phone, dial the call back number and disconnect as soon your hear a ringtone.
Within a few seconds, you will get a call from SkipRoaming. This incoming call will be FREE for your local SIM.
Once you answer the call, you can then dial the destination number and your call will be connected.

Sign-in to SkipRoaming app (or the SkipRoaming customer website) and purchase a SkipRoaming forwarding number using “Forward Calls” option. Forward all your mobile calls to this forwarding number before you travel abroad and switch off your phone.
While abroad, stay connected to wi-fi and you can answer all your home mobile calls inside the SkipRoaming app.
Alternatively, if you have purchased a local SIM at your destination, you can go to “Manage Account” option in the app (or login to the SkipRoaming customer website) and then select the “Forward Calls” option and provide your foreign phone number there. With this, all your home mobile calls will then be forwarded to your foreign phone.

Sign-in to SkipRoaming customer portal and purchase a SkipRoaming forwarding number using “Forward Calls” option. Just before boarding the plane to leave your home country, forward all your mobile calls to this forwarding number - then switch off your phone.
Once you have arrived in your destination country, purchase a local SIM card. The person you buy the local SIM card from will install the SIM card for you.
From your computer, sign in to the SkipRoaming customer website and then select “Forward Calls” option and provide your foreign phone number there. With this, all your home mobile calls will be forwarded to your phone in the country you are now in.

When there is no data/wi-fi connection available, you can still log in to SkipRoaming app.
However, you can only use the “Call via local access number” or “Call-me-back” option.
